You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
โ Eligible Reasons for Return/Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:
- Item Received is Damaged.
- Photo or video proof is mandatory.
- Wrong Item Received.
- Must share image or video showing the wrong product.
- Parcel Damaged on Arrival.
- Share unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Missing Item or Accessories
- Report with relevant photos/video.
- Size Not as Expected / Doesnโt Fit.
- Applicable on selected items, must be in unused condition with tags.
- Product Not as Described.
- Must share photo or video comparison.
- Other Reasons
- We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Photo or video evidence is required.
๐ Return Conditions
Item must be in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging and invoice.
Returns for personalized/custom-made jewelry are not accepted.

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Supporting images or videos
- Our team will review and respond within 24โ48 hours.
- Once approved, we'll arrange for a pickup or guide you on how
to self-ship the item.
๐ฐ Refund & Replacement
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Replacement will be dispatched after inspection lind approval of the returned item.
- Refund processing may take 5โ7 business days after item inspection.

- Returns without valid proof (image/video) may be declined.
- For damaged deliveries, unboxing video is mandatory to claim support.
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer in case of size/fit/other personal reasons.
